2) Using the printout of the DATA FORM, read the explanations of our services with pricing and make your choices on your printout. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, WHY NOT VIEW OUR DATA FORM TUTORIAL?
3) Use the following form to indicate your choices transferred from your Data Form printout
4) Be sure to attach your manuscript to the form; if you have multiple files, please .zip them into one unit before attaching.
5) Sign and either mail or fax the Publishing Agreement to us. Fax number is 269-692-3651.
6) Once we receive the information from the form below, a representative from PageFree will contact you by phone to go over any details and questions you may have before entering your book into production.

NOTE: By submitting your manuscript via the online submission, you are certifying that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the PageFree Publishing, Inc. Publishing Agreement and that you understand that submitting your manuscript via this form constitutes your acceptance of those terms in the interim until you will mail or fax the Agreement to our offices at 109 S.
